Our Training – Build, Burn & Track

You are able to burn up to 1000 Calories within a one hour workout. The "high-intensive interval training" (HIIT) is a combination out of specially selected cardio and strength training. Depending on your workout you are rotating between the treadmill, the floor with weights and aqua boxing bag. In between you will get sufficient time to recover for the next drill. It is scientific evident that you can burn your fat pads and build your muscles at the same time. Besides you relieve stress and you will profit by the afterburning effect for more than 24 hours after finalizing your workout.
