Our Training – Build, Burn & Track
You are able to burn up to 1000 Calories within a one hour workout. The "high-intensive interval training" (HIIT) is a combination out of specially selected cardio and strength training. Depending on your workout you are rotating between the treadmill, the floor with weights and aqua boxing bag. In between you will get sufficient time to recover for the next drill.
