Our Original Workouts are the basis of "high-intensive interval training" (HIIT). You are running with different pace on the treadmill and with utmost precision you will be instructed by your coach to lift weights or to train with your own weight on the floor. Trust me, pushed by the beats of our Shaped by iB playlists you have to push the envelope during every single workout.
You are able to choose out of different workouts to shape your body according to desire. For example:

- LEGS AND BUTT
- ABS AND ASS
- CHEST, BACK & ARMS
Please select the best matching workout for your needs and never forget. Sometimes you will hate your coach during workout, but after the class and the next day you will love him!
