    Since I was a little kid sport took a big part in my day to day life. I literally tried every sport you can imagine and always strived to be the best at it. Currently I discovered my passion for Triathlon. Through this I recognized that you have to push your limits harder and harder to reach your individual goals, even if it gets uncomfortable sometimes. Let‘s reach your goals together, in my class.

    Sport scientific accurate exercises for your personal needs with the main purpose to reach the goals you strive for. I will always challenge you with new exercises. If you join my class you will discover the no limit zone and I will guide you trough.

  • 3. MY INSPIRATION?

  • 4. MY MOST BELOVED WORKOUT?

    Grinding HIIT runs in the nature. I really enjoy getting out of my comfort zone, because it brings me to another state of mind.
