    I’m driven. I'm disciplined. Trust me when I say, sports taught me that. Once you have managed to be disciplined in sports, you can apply this discipline to all levels of your life. Do it! It worked for me!

    Hard work. Discipline. Dedication. Commitment. Ideal execution of all exercises. An „I live each day as if it was my last“ attitude. And of course a lot of fun!

  • 3. MY INSPIRATION?

    My Hero! It is me in 10 years! It is always me 10 years away. I will never reach him. But that’s the thing. That leaves me with somebody to chase.

  • 4. MY MOST BELOVED WORKOUT?

    My speciality is the floor routine. Bodyweight and functional exercises are the best shaper for a great physique. However don't think that I am lazy on the treads. Since I am a Marathon runner, running is the fundament of my weekly workout routine.
